The site is located at 7 Sherman Drive. It is currently zoned R-2/Residential. Filed by Paul Reis with Krieg DeVault, LLP on behalf of AZR Haver LLC. And 2. Docket No. 18090013 DP/ADLS: Sherman Drive Townhomes The applicant seeks site plan and design approval for a 4 unit townhome building. The site is located at 7 Sherman Drive. It is zoned R-2/Residential (pending a UR/Urban Residential Rezone.) Filed by Paul Reis with Krieg DeVault, LLP on behalf of AZR Haver LLC. TABLED pending further review by petitioner. Public Notice will be redone before a public hearing. These items have been tabled at the request of the petitioner to allow them more time to review input they have received from the neighbors, City Councilors, and other stakeholders. They are looking at ways to adjust the plans to address some of the comments they have heard. A new public hearing date has not been set yet, though the petitioner hopes to be back by June 18, 2019, if not sooner. Once the petitioner has determined they are ready to move forward, public notice will be redone per the Plan Commission’s Rules of Procedure to announce the new Public Hearing date. This would include letters sent out to the neighbors, a sign placed on the property, and an ad put in the Current in Carmel. Until that time, this item will be removed from future agendas until new public notice has been sent out.
