Upon arriving at site, ATC representative checked in with JG Morris. ATC representative was informed of work requiring testing and inspections. The area being proofrolled included entire building pad. The equipment utilized for proofrolling consisted of fully loaded tri axle. Soft soil conditions were observed at the east side of the building pad. The soft subgrade soils were silty sand. Due to excessive pumping and deflection, the ATC engineer was notified. It is our recommendation that the soils be aerated and allowed to dry. The area was not approved. Any rainfall event that occurs after the proofroll observation may impact the condition of any exposed subgrade. It is our recommendation that if a rainfall event occurs after the proofroll observation, the soils should be reevaluated by ATC prior to further work. Before departing the site, ATC representative notified JG Morris of field inspection results. ✔ ✔ Daily Field Report Report #: DRPO000003 7988 Centerpoint Drive Suite 100 Indianapolis, IN 46256 Phone: 3175794031 Fax: 3178494278 Client: J G Morris Construction ., . ., YY .
