A. Response to Planning &Zonings question#2 regarding phasing & occupying residence during
construction
Construction Phasing Plan:
Phase 1
Variance & Permitting: Dec 14, 2018—Feb 15, 2019
Renovation of Existing Home: Feb 15, 2019—July 15, 2019
• Renovate existing 100yr+ Farmhouse
• Demo existing & poorly constructed single story rear addition & single car garage
• Site work,tree removal, walks, drives
• New Garage
It is our plan to immediately occupy the renovated farmhouse (Northern most Dwelling Unit)and use
as primary residence while the Phase 3 dwelling unit is completed.
Phase 2
Landscape, Fencing, Hardscapes &walls: June 1, 2019—Sept 15, 2019
Phase 3
Construction of New 2 story dwelling unit (Southern end of property): May 1, 2020-Dec 31, 2020
