begins at 9:00 am. (Please have a representative attend this meeting.) And, if not done so already, please submit
plans to all TAC members ASAP via email, mail, or ePlan review. The TAC Members list is online: click here.
2. Mailed and published public notice does not need to occur.
3. This item will be reviewed administratively by this Dept. and TAC, but the final plat also needs approval by the
BPW (Board of Public Works & Safety). Please work with Caleb Wainer in the City Engineering Dept. to get on a
BPW meeting agenda, which has a filing deadline. His number is 317-571-2441, and his email address is
cwamer(crr),carmel.in. gov.
4. The filing fee is due prior to the Planning Director's approval (signature on the fmal secondary plat). (Checks can be
made out to The City of Carmel.)
5. Please refer to the Secondary Plat apnlication/checklist for more detail.
6. Review comments from the Planning/Zoning Dept. will be issued soon via ProjectDox.
