Dear Mr. Leach:
At the meeting held on Tuesday,December 18, 2018 the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Development Standard Variance(V) filed by you for the property located at
14585 Hazel Dell Pkwy:
APPROVED:Docket No.18110011 V,Development Standard Variance for Maximum 8,000 sq.ft.building
allowed; 11,266±sq.ft.granted.
Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for three(3)years. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must
have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is December
18, 2021.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
