PO Box 4102 Carmel, Indiana 46082 Re: BZA Docket No. 18110001 V—Sprunger Residence/Pool Setback Dear Mr. Moed: At the meeting held on Tuesday,December 18, 2018 the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standard Variance(V) filed by you for the property located at 2198 Steffee Drive: APPROVED with Commitments: Docket No. 18110001 V,Development Standard Variance for Minimum 10-ft side yard setback required; and Crossing 20-ft over side property line granted,was approved with the condition that you provide the executed and recorded Commitments that were submitted at the meeting, within 30 days(by January 18,2019). Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three(3)years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is December 18, 2021. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
