ALL CONSTRUCTION METHODS AND MATERIALS MUST CONFORM TO CURRENT STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE FEDERAL, STATE, COUNTY, CITY, OR LOCAL REQUIREMENTS, WHICHEVER HAS JURISDICTION. 2.
