VI. Requested Modifications to the PUD Ordinance:
• Increase cap on apartments from 300 to 389 leaving 120 additional authorized
apartments, an increase of 89 apartments.
• Reduce cap on attached dwellings from 500 to 476 leaving 250 additional authorized
attached dwellings, a reduction of 24 attached dwellings.
• Reduce cap on Overall Dwellings from 1,344 to 1,250 (plus Ancillary Units — Lofts,
B&B, CCRC), a reduction of 94 authorized dwelling units.
