I've issued the docket number for The Estates at Towne Meadow (SP). It is the following

The applicant seeks administrative secondary plat and construction plans approvals for 44 lots on 35.97 acres. The site is
located south of 116th St. and west of Towne Rd. (near 11400 Towne Rd.) and is zoned SI/Residential. Filed by Paige
Drury of V3 Companies, on behalf of Platinum Properties Management Company, LLC.

Petitioner, please note the following:
1. This item will be on the January 16, 2019 meeting agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), which
begins at 9:00 am. (Please have a representative attend this meeting.) And, if not done so already, please submit
plans to all TAC members ASAP via email, mail, or ePlan review. The TAC Members list, with plan receipt
preferences, is online: click here.
2. Mailed and published public notice does not need to occur.
3. This item will be reviewed administratively by this Dept. and TAC, but the final plat also needs approval by the
BPW (Board of Public Works & Safety). Please work with Caleb Warner in the City Engineering Dept. to get on a
BPW meeting agenda, which has a filing deadline. His number is 317-571-2441, and his email address is
cwarner e carmel.in.gov.
4. The filing fee is due prior to the Planning Director's approval (signature on the final secondary plat). (Checks can be
made out to The City of Carmel.)
5. Please refer to the Secondary Plat application/checklist for more detail.
6. Review comments from the Planning/Zoning Dept. will be issued soon via ProjectDox.
