Dear Joe:
Enclosed, please find the following:
• Ten (10) copies of Plan Commission Resolution PC-1-15-2019-a that we
are proposing for the Plan Commission's consideration at its meeting on
January 15, 2019, as well as ten (10) copies of the Redevelopment
Commission's Resolution No. 2018-13, which was adopted by the
Redevelopment Commission on December 19, 2018, and is approved by
the Plan Commission Resolution. This action relates to the expansion of
the North Illinois Street Economic Development Area and the designation
of the expanded area as a separate allocation area to be known as the
"106th and Illinois Street Allocation Area", in support of a commercial
office project.
• Ten (10) copies of Plan Commission Resolution PC-1-15-2019-b that we
are proposing for the Plan Commission's consideration at its meeting on
January 15, 2019, as well as ten (10) copies of the Redevelopment
Commission's Resolution No. 2018-14, which was adopted by the
Redevelopment Commission on December 19, 2018, and is approved by
the Plan Commission Resolution. Also attached to the Resolution is a
copy of the map of the referenced allocation area. This action relates to
the removal of certain property from the existing Amended 126th Street
Allocation Area within the Integrated 126th Street Corridor Economic
Development Area, and the designation of such removed property as a
separate allocation area to be known as the "South Rangeline Allocation
Area", in support of a parking facility and associated infrastructure as part
of a mixed use residential, retail, hotel and office development.
