Proposal: Currently we are zoned R-1 single family home located at 11441 Scheel Ln, Carmel, IN 46032 . It is our desire to utilize our spare bedrooms to host Airbnb guests stay as demanded.My family have used Airbnb many times and stayed in residential homes like ours when we travel and have had a very positive experience. I believe our home offers travelers an economic, relaxing and relational atmosphere and this has been confirmed by our positive reviews on Airbnb. Since we were successful at retaining customers and many came back to stay again, this increases the opportunity to support local economy and small business which is great for the city. I am a full-time mom to a teenage boy. My husband had an injury that impaired his mobility and became unemployed at the end of November, 2018. We both are immigrants with limited English. Hosting Airbnb is not just a choice but also an essential tool for us to make a living in the community. This is also part of the reason why we work so hard to make our home presentable and pleasant for our guests to stay. Due to our employment status, my husband and I stay at home a lot; this allows us to monitor our guests coming in and out of our home and neighborhood. Our previous guest respected our house rules and neighborhood. We take care of our home diligently and watch our neighborhood like every responsible homeowner does and would like to ask for your support for our request.
