AN APPROVED WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL EXTERIOR FOUNDATION WALLS THAT ENCLOSE THE BASEMENT AREA & SHALL EXTEND FROM TOP OF THE FOOTING TO THE FINISHED GRADE. 2. JOINTS IN THE MEMBRANE SHALL BE LAPPED & SEALED WITH AN ADHESIVE COMPATIBLE WITH THE WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE. TION OF THE RADON EXHAUST PIPE IN THE HVAC CHASE AREA. 5. PLUMBER AND HVAC SUBCONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE THE INSTALLA- ABOVE THE SURFACE OF THE ROOF IN A LOCATION 10 FEET AWAY FROM VERTICALLY INTO THE SUB SLAB AGGREGATE AND THROUGH THE UP THROUGH THE BUILDING FLOORS & TERMINATE AT LEAST 12 INCHES ANY WINDOW OR OTHER OPENINGS INTO THE CONDITIONED SPACES OF OF VERTICAL DISTANCE WHERE THE VENT PASSES THROUGH THE ATTIC IN ADDITION, FISCHER HOMES WILL PROVIDE APPROXIMATELY 6 FEET SHEETING BEFORE THE SLAB IS POURED. THE PIPE SHALL BE EXTENDED THE BUILDING THAT IS LESS THAN 2 FEET BELOW THE EXHAUST POINT. 3.
