Dear Mr.Dobosiewicz,
The Cannel Plan Commission Combination Committee took the following action at its meeting on January 15, 2019 regarding site
plan and design approval with variances for a new dual branded hotel on 5.35 acres.It will be 6 stories and about 70' tall with 232
rooms combined. The site is located at 10101 N.Meridian Street(the previous Cadillac dealership site, a new address to be assigned
for this use).The site is zoned MC/Meridian Corridor and is not located within any overlay zone.
APPROVED: Aloft&Element Hotels
Development Plan,ADLS,and Variances as listed above
In order to assist the Department's review,please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits regarding the
improvements contained within this approval.
