The site is located at 10101 N.Meridian Street(the previous Cadillac dealership site, a new address to be assigned for this use).The site is zoned MC/Meridian Corridor and is not located within any overlay zone. APPROVED: Aloft&Element Hotels Development Plan,ADLS,and Variances as listed above In order to assist the Department's review,please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
