NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARIING BEFORE THE CARMEL BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Docket No. 18120009 UV Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals meeting on Monday the 28th day of January, 2019 at 6:00 pm in the City Council Chambers, 2nd floor of City Hall, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon a Use Variance application to allow: a printing/publishing establishment in the S2 Residential zoning district. The request before the Board of Zoning Appeals is specific to the property with address below and would permit the petitioner to use an existing pole barn located at the rear of the property as an ancillary printing facility.
