HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE: 210 E Main St., Schiller law officeOkay – I changed the Parcel Hold to read ‘hold the C/O’.
Based on what Rachel relayed to me, it sounds like there was a discrepancy on what they listed on the application, itself, for building square footage vs. what the final set of floor
plans ended up being. Also, somewhere through the process, they ended up changing the project from a building addition/remodel to a full blown scrape and rebuild of the site… I would
say that this one is an anomaly – not the norm.
I will try to keep you in the loop on how we will proceed. Thanks,

Probably hold the C/O. Is this parking issue a situation where they built something different from what was approved? I thought the number of parking spots was usually settled during
the planning stages.

Just so we’re clear, we shouldn’t schedule a final or issue a C/O?

Thanks,
I need to add a hold to the parcel. Due to a neighbor concern, we think that they do not have enough parking provided for the proposed building square footage and land use. Shall I
go ahead and create a Hold in Pentamation?

CO has not been issued. I don’t think they have had their final yet.

Hi, Nick – Did they get their final CO yet? I might need to place a hold on the parcel/project. Please let me know. Thanks!
