HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE: 210 East Main StreetMax,
Sorry I missed your call. I checked with our right-of-way inspector and he has a right-of-way permit on file for the demolition of the old home but not one for the construction of the
new one. Please have the contractor fill out and submit a new permit application. Because they have an existing $5,000 license and permit bond on file, we will not need another one submitted.
We will however need the erosion control bond submitted in the amount of the approved estimate that was copied on my previous email. I will need to speak with the City Engineer to see
if he will allow for the stop work order to be lifted once we received these items or if he will keep in on the property until we approve the revisions.

Good afternoon Max,
I looked through our files and found the final submittal list that we issued on 6/20/17. Below I have crossed off all the items that we received:
1. 9 final sets and one digital copy.
2. One digital set submitted to Steve Cook with Carmel Utilities
3. A signed storm water management permit application
4. A signed and recorded O&M manual and one digital copy
5. An erosion control engineers estimate
6. An erosion control performance bond in the amount of the estimate once it is approved
7. Right-of-way permit application and $5,000 license and permit bond
8. Applicable Utility fees have been paid
9. BMP easement agreement and exhibits
We will need the above items submitted and the revised plans approved before we remove the stop work order. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Alex Jordan
