Adjustments to overall scope of masonry wall work at 126th & Gray resulting in changes to wall height increase VS. new wall quantity, adding tree and stump removal, and modifying remaining cedar fencing to keep tops of fence slats at same elevation. 2. REASON FOR CHANGE: Residents at wall wanted to minimize impact on nearby trees at proposed new wall and decided to install more increased wall height areas and less new wall.
