He prefers 29 so he can use 3rd bay of garage. Picture of the RV is pretty clear he is 40. Poor communication on my part. Would prefer 29 so that he can use garage that was built before the ordinance. Glad I took that picture. (It does not specify the side or rear lot line, it says a lot line, so that is also the front lot line.) Also, I have been told by the Code Enforcement Dept. that they also cite section UDO section 5.28.D.3. when doing enforcement or vehicles, and it states Location of Required Parking Spaces: Parking spaces shall not be located in any required greenbelt or lawn area. Hope this helps. Angie Conn, AICP Carmel Planning & Zoning Dept. Parked to close to property line and violation of E parked in front yard. Good morning, Mr. Dolan – I have not yet received a response from the Code Enforcement Dept., but I believe that subsection E applies to a guest that uses the RV to stay on- site, and that guest cannot have the RV there for more than 10 days per month. (Otherwise, an RV owned by a homeowner of the subject site cannot park in the front yard nor on the driveway in the front yard.) Also, regarding remaining BZA comments, please email me your copies of the USPS Certificates of Mailings, for the public notice items you mailed out to all neighbors. We need that by Noon tomorrow. I will see if Brent can clarify. I assume that the ordinance needs to state something about no RV parking at all in the front yard, just so it is clear for a homeowner?
