Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter;
thence North 89 degrees 48 minutes 24 seconds East (an assumed bearing) along
the North line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of 181.81 feet to the
Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 18 North,
Range 3 East of the Second Principal Meridian;
thence continuing along the North line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section
4, South 89 degrees 59 minutes 07 seconds East 1292.49 feet to the Northwest
corner of the Plat of Crooked Stick Estates Section 2, recorded in Plat Book
5, pages 152 through 154 in the Office of the Hamilton County Recorders Office;

Crooked Stick Estates Section 2 a distance of 1213.63 feet;

DEDICATION OF PLAT
HUNTINGTON CHASE
The undersigned, Bromalea of Indiana, Inc., an Indiana Corporation is owner
of the Real Estate described in the Plat of Huntington Chose, does hereby
lay off, plat and subdivide the some in accordance with the plan and
description. Huntington Chose consists of 48 lots, numbered 78 through
125 inclusive, together with street, common areas, easements and public ways
shown on the within plat.
All rights of way shown and not heretofore dedicated are hereby dedicated to
the public for its use as public ways.
There are certain "Plat Covenants and Restrictions" recorded on;
1994 as Inst. No.in the Office of the Hamilton County Recorder
which are incorporated herein. These Plat Covenants and Restrictions run with
the land and are binding on all parties or persons who own any portion of the
land. Any person acquiring title to any portion of the land shall be subject to
the terms and conditions thereof and as a condition of acquiring such title,
agree to and shall be bound by said Plat Covenants and Restrictions.
