I don't think our chances would be good in a court dispute about this. Also, while the land/building are for sale, they are temporarily leasing a part of the building to a used auto sales dealer for offices, and their used car inventory is outside. (I/we signed the zoning part of their motor vehicle license that they file with the State to show that the zoning permits auto sales.) The northside trailer site at 969 n rangeline has the land and building for sale, but claim they still sell various trailers from that building and still pay for utilities there. they claim that the land is grandfathered for the auto/ trailer sales, since they have not been out of business for more than a year. How would be prove that? what documentation would we need? They still pay taxes on the site and still pay utility bills.... I guess I want to ask what is the trigger that would cause us to determine that that business is no longer in business and the use is no longer grandfathered in the rangeline rd overlay? Thanks!
