I have issued the docket number for Lake City Bank Subdivision (SP). (Please see attached plat.) It is the
following:
Docket No. 15030019 SP: Lake City Bank Subdivision,Lot 1. (Replat,North American Park,Lot 3).
The applicant seeks secondary plat approval to vacate a small portion of Lot 3 in North American Park Subdivision,
so that a new lot can be created for Lake City Bank Subdivision.The site is located at the northwest corner of
Michigan Road and 96th Street,near 9884 N. Michigan Rd. It is zoned B-2/Business within the Michigan Road
Overlay Zone. Filed by Todd Wallace of The Schneider Corporation, on behalf of Lake City Bank.

4. The filing fee is due prior to the Planning Director's approval (signature on the final secondary plat). (Checks
can be made out to The City of Carmel.)

6. The Planning/Zoning Department's review comments from will be issued in a few weeks.
