Below I have listed the items that were not addressed: 1. Please provide a north arrow on the plans. 2. Please provide a minimum flood protection grade, minimum lowest adjacent grade, and finished floor elevation for the proposed home.The definitions for these can be found in Section 104.02 of the Storm Water Technical Standards Manual. 3. Please show all proposed and existing easements. 4. Please show a 5' concrete sidewalk along the 1st Street SW frontage and provide the City's standard sidewalk detail (10-18).The sidewalk is now shown but the detail will need to be provided on the plans. 5. The portion of the driveway within the right-of-way off of 15t Street SW must conform with Standard Drawing 10-21A and this drawing needs to be provided on the plans.The plot plan shows a concrete approach but we will need the detail provided on the plans. 6. Will a road culvert need to be provided under the drive? If it is necessary and within the right-of-way, it must be a 12' RCP or larger. 7. Please show the location of any proposed surface drainage swales on the plans. 8. Please show the location of the sump pump and roof drain discharge.These will need to discharge 25'from any property or easement line or connected to the storm sewer. 9. Please provide a grading plan showing all proposed grades and spot shots at the corner of the proposed home. 10.
