Proposal For Short Term Rental at 58 Wilson Drive
It is my desire to offer 58 Wilson Drive to the short-term rental market on occasion.
I have experience both as a guest and a host, of short-term rentals. My experience
has been exceptional on both sides of the exchange.
As guests, we have been welcomed. Homes I have rented have offered the ability to
share some space with family who live in proximity. I have also rented a home on
Lake Michigan in Wisconsin for the past 12 years.
I have a home for sale in Indianapolis and until it sells, I have used it for short term
rentals. It has been an incredibly positive experience. For example for
Thanksgiving and Christmas we hosted families who just needed a bit more space
and place to gather. I am very careful to approve only guest who demonstrate respect
for our rules and can clearly communicate.
Our neighbors have never been disturbed. I closely monitor my property when we
have guests with regular communications and outdoor cameras. I also make myself
available to fix any immediate issue that could arise at the house. We have a strict
policy against parties or parking on the street. We also require an evening curfew on
noise.
I would like to share 58 Wilson in the same manner of mutual and mindful respect.
