Hi, Kurt –
Often times, one would have access to them via their homeowners association (HOA), if your neighborhood has an active
board. That is probably the easiest way to get a copy of them. (Otherwise, you would have to go to the Hamilton County
Recorder’s Office to retrieve them.)

You should now have a Task in ProjectDox, which means you also have the ability to Upload documents, too.
Also, I reviewed the PDF document you emailed us, and here are the remaining review comments:
1. The $180.00 filing fee is still due. Please make checks payable to City of Carmel.
2. Please submit a copy of the neighborhood covenants and restrictions.
3. Please submit letters or emails of support from the neighbors and from the homeowners association, if there are any.
4. The site plan on page 6 of the PDF says the “arborvitaes will be moved to 7.5” does that meant they will be moved into the
rear drainage & utility easement? That will not be allowed without Consent to Encroach approval from the Board of Public
Works & the Carmel Engineering Dept.
Please respond in writing by noon this Friday to the remaining review comments listed above. Also, please note that the filing
fee is due this Friday at Noon, and also 8 paper copies of the BZA info packets are due at noon this Friday to Joe. See you then!

Do not worry about ProjectDox’s deadline of this Friday; you can work on it this weekend. And, if you have problems after that,
then maybe you can come into the office next week and we can help you through it.
You should have received two emails from EPlan. The other one contains your temporary password, so you can log in for the
first time.
Also, on 02/11, I emailed you a handout, and it is attached again for your convenience. Please refer to that document too, as
you log in for the first time, upload plans, complete your Task.

Thanks for getting this started for me I must admit after reviewing 4 emails I received I am a little overwhelmed! I will figure it
out but I see I have a dead line to upload my project files by Friday at 6:12 pm. I am out of town until Friday afternoon and will
