Dear BZA Hearing Officer,
We have lived in Jackson Grant subdivision Stableside for five months and have appreciated the beauty and
friendship of the neighbors. One thing that stabilizes our community are the ordinances which protect all of the
property owners. We are very dissatisfied with the setback on lot 274 (528 Terhune Lane). We oppose the
variance on that property!
The variance would put all of our properties in jeopardy for future invasion thus causing friction and declining
property value. We implore you to uphold the ordinance requiring a five foot minimum for a side setback.
