Scope of work;
· Remodel three existing bathrooms on second floor of above address.
· Add smoke detectors thru-out home to bring up to code.
· Reconfigure master bath.
· Jack and Jill bathroom to have same layout. Updating existing layout
· Guest bath to have same layout. Updating existing layout.
· Master bedroom / install tray ceiling.
· Add can lights in master bedroom.
· Add low voltage lights in tray ceiling.
· Rework master closet.
· Install sconce lighting, chandelier, can lights in master bath.
· Move vanity location.
· Move walk in shower to new location.
· Move existing ductwork to allow for addition of tray ceiling.
· Add electrical outlets to bring up to building code.
