Please provide sidewalk area away from the multi-use path that will allow students to stand back from Springmill. If we would need to pull into the entrance for pick-up it would be good to have a sidewalk extended to the curb so students can access the bus. If we make our stop in the entrance we would likely pick students up on the inbound lane. We do appreciate the turn-around opportunity should our route configuration make this desirable. While this appears to accommodate a school bus, what size/model did you use as basis? Our typical neighborhood bus is an 84 passenger, rear engine transit, mainly Bluebird brand. Please see attached documents:  Jacksons Grant Sectioning Exhibit o The area outlined in purple will most likely be a gated community with a gate at the entry off of Spring Mill Road. This area will contain 50-55 single family homes, mostly upper end homes in the $750,000 plus range.  C402 Intersection Details-C402 o This pdf shows the detailed configuration of the entry with a turnaround areas for a school bus or others that are not allowed entry to the subdivision. o The cross walk across the front of this entry will not cross the small circle island area.  JG Sec 6 entrance school bus autoturn o This sheet shows that we previously did not have large enough radii on the island to allow for school bus turnaround so we increased those radii from 10’ to 20’ Please advise if what we show will be adequate for a pickup point for school bus or if additional measures are needed.
