Solutions Building. The site is located at 350 Veterans Way, Suite 150. It is zoned PUD/Planned Unit Development within the
Midtown PUD (Z-599-15) and is not located within any overlay zone. Filed by Chris Long, owner.

Petitioner, please note the following:
1. This Item will not be on an agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee.

4. The Filing Fee must be paid prior to issuance of Letter of Grant.
5. This item will be reviewed administratively by the Carmel Planning Department.
6. Review comments:
a) As discussed in a previous email, please confirm that Option 3 will be installed – the modern looking planter
with cable railing.
b) Work with Nathan Chavez to obtain sign permit approval.
c) Signage:
1. Please provide new spandrel locations on the south and west elevations
2. Change ‘Location(s)’ on page 2 of the application to read “west and south elevations”
3. Change ‘Type of Signs’ on page 2 of the application to read “Wall signs”
