I S days from the date of acceptance to perform such study,and in this regard, Buyer or his designated agents may enter upon the s. property for purpose of such analysis,core drilling,or other tests and inspections which may be deemed necessary by Buyer.If Buyer determines 10. in its sole judgement,thatproperty is not suitable for any reason for Buyer's intended use or purpose,then Buyer may,on written notice 11. to Seller on or before days from the date of acceptance,terminate this agreement. If the written notice is not given to Seller 12. within such period,this con ition and any and all objections with respect to the feasibility study shall be deemed to have been waived by the 13. Buyer.In the event this sale shall not close through no fault of the Seller.Buyer shall restore the properly to its original condition,if changed 14. due to tests and inspections performed by the Buyer,and Buyer shall provide the Seller with a copy of the results of any tests and inspections 1s. made by the Buyer, and shall assign to Seiler all rights,title and Interests therein. 18.
