Hollibaugh, Director L E T T E R of G R A N T February 26, 2019 Paul Owen Wedgewood Building Company 32 1st Street NE Carmel, IN 46032 Re: BZA Docket No. 19010005 V – Murray Residence, Lot Cover Dear Mr. Owen: At the meeting held on Monday, February 25, 2019 the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 651 1st Ave NE: APPROVED: Docket No. 19010005 V, Development Standards Variance approvals for: Maximum 45% lot coverage allowed, 50% granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is February 25, 2022. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
