PETITIONERS PRESENT: Barb Conrad; Terry Brookie o Proposed building will have no electricity, no heating, no plumbing, one side partially open. o Drainage plan was presented. Most of site drains into existing (1982) wet retention/detention pond at rear of entire Kirk property complex. Part of site drains to south of property line then to East and South. All storm water eventually ends up in Carmel Technology Park drainage system. o TAC recommends drainage swale along South property line discharge into on-site retention/detention facility. Also request 15 ft. drainage easement along South property line, 10 feet along North and East property line. Also recommend drainage easement around retention/detention facility, 15 ft. from water's edge. Plans for easements and drainage swale to be submitted to DOCD within 30 days. Easement will be recorded within 30 days; swale will be constructed with either construction of any building on the South parcel or by no later than August 30, 1987. o Well water is provided. o Sewer is by on-site septic system. o Status of accell/decel lane that serves road to the building. o Parking for the building will be paved. Eight spaces proposed. o Fire hydrant to serve this area is 700 feet North on Old Meridian. o TAC recommends approval per comments above. Petitioner seeks approval for automatic pool cover in lieu of fence. PETITIONERS PRESENT: None. o TAC recommends that six foot fence be installed per Ordinance requirement for maximum protection of neighborhood residents and guests, as it relates to a swimming pool.
