The home is located at 3380 Shelborne Woods Parkway. Approval of this variance will allow the Petitioner to continue its operations of new home sales and construction in the Woods at Shelborne community. Without the approval of the variance, home sales would need to be conducted outside of the Woods at Shelborne community. The hours of operation for the model home are Monday-Friday 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday- Sunday 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The model has 2 employees that actively work out of this office. The six off street parking spots at the front of the home are for employees and customers. This model home's sales office is only used for the Woods at Shelborne community. We appreciate your consideration in this matter.
