1 REMOVE WALL CONSTRUCTION IN ITS ENTIRETY. PRIOR TO
DEMOLITION, CAREFULLY INVESTIGATE CONCEALED CONDITIONS TO
VERIFY THERE IS NO ACTIVE INFRASTRUCTURE. WHERE WALL TO BE
DEMOLISHED STOPS SHORT OF CEILING, CAREFULLY REMOVE WALL
CONSTRUCTION TO MINIMIZE CEILING GRID REPAIR UNLESS NOTED

2 REMOVE AND SALVAGE ALUMINUM STOREFRONT FOR FUTURE REUSE
TURN OVER TO OWNER
3 ALL ABANDONED OR UNECESSARY FIXTURES, OUTLETS OR
COVERPLATES TO BE REMOVED. MEP TRADES TO REMOVE/CAP ITEMS
AS REQUIRED SO THEY ARE FULLY CONCEALED BY NEW
CONSTRUCTIOWFINISHES. EXPOSED COVERPLATES OR CAPS ARE
NOT ACCEPTABLE UNLESS SPECIFICALLY APPROVED BY PROJECT
TEAM. THIS NOTE IS TYPICAL, THROUGHOUT ENTIRE SECOND FLOOR
4 REMOVE DOOR AND/OR GLAZING INCLUDING FRAME AND HARDWARE.
TURN HARDWARE OVER TO OWNER
5 REMOVE CEILING TILE, GRID AND SUSPENSION SYSTEM IN ITS
ENTIRETY. RE -SUPPORT REMAINING ADJACENT CEILING GRID AS
REQUIRED. COORDINATE WITH NEW CONSTRUCTION
6 REMOVE AND SALVAGE ALL UNDAMAGED CARPET AND/OR VCT FOR
REINSTALL. REMOVE ADHESIVE
