Hollibaugh, Director L E T T E R of G R A N T March 26, 2019 Kurt Wanninger 13022 McDuffee Run Carmel, IN 46033 Re: BZA Docket No. 19020006 V - Wanninger Lot Cover Dear Mr. Wanninger: At the meeting held on Monday, March 25, 2019 the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 13022 McDuffee Run: APPROVED: Docket No. 19020006 V - Development Standards Variance approval for maximum 50% lot coverage allowed, 54% granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is March 25, 2022. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
