Meridian St., Suite 530 Carmel, IN 46032 Re: BZA Docket No. 19020008 V - Woods at Shelborne, Model Home Time Extension Dear Ms. Schuette: At the meeting held on Monday, March 25, 2019 the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 3380 Shelborne Woods Parkway: APPROVED: Docket No. 19020006 V - Development Standards Variance approval for Model home duration not to exceed 36 months total required, 2 years granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, Development Standards Variance approvals are usually valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. However, with the 2 year time limit imposed with this variance approval, the expiration date of this approval is March 25, 2021. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
