At the meeting held on Monday, March 25, 2019, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals
took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the
property located at 528 Terhune Lane:
DENIED: 19010011 V - Development Standards Variance requests for minimum 5-ft side yard
building setback required, 3-ft requested.
