ALL WORKS HALL COMPLY WITH THE REQU I REMENTS OF THE EXISTING BU I LD I NG BASIC DESIGN -BUILD ALTERATIONS WHICH ARE OUTLINED IN THESE PLANS. EXECUTE A THOROUGH FINAL CLEAN AND INSPECTION OF THE SPACE UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT. ALL SURFACES, FIXTURES, AND EQUIPMENT SHALL BE CLEAN, AND THE SPACE SHALL BE TURNED OVER TO THE OWNER IN A CONDITION THAT REPRESENTS THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF CARE AND PROFESSIONALISM.
