Equality Blvd.Community DriveThe project proposes a new gymnasium and STEM learning building to the existing developed Legacy property located at the southwest
corner of the Community Drive and Equality Blvd. intersection. In addition there will be a new parking lot to the west of the new Play School
gymnasium and STEM building and Equality Blvd. will be extended to provide access to the drive into the property. This project is located on
the West side of Community Drive in Hamilton County, Indiana. The proposed construction activity associated with the new building, parking
lot, adding landscaping around the building/property, and adding stormwater infrastructure will be disturbing approximately 1.7 acres ±. The
proposed improvements will consist of installing asphalt pavement, curbs, light poles and drainage infrastructure tying into an existing
stormwater detention facility located just south of The Play School at Legacy property.
Storm water drainage patterns from the proposed construction activity associated with the new Play School Gym and
STEM building, addition of parking spaces / adding landscaping to the existing land area, and extending Equality Blvd.
will remain as they currently exist today with sheet flow collected on-site via the proposed storm sewer catch basins and
existing detention pond. Storm water runoff from the proposed construction activity associated with the new parking lot
to the West of the proposed building will be collected via storm water catch basins with sub-surface storm sewer pipes
routed to the existing storm water detention facility located just south of the property.

Ockley Silt Loam (OcA): The Ockley series consists of very deep, well drained soils that are deep or very deep to
calcareous, stratified sandy and gravelly outwash. The Ockley soils formed in as much as 51 cm (20 inches) of loess or silty
material and in the underlying loamy outwash. They are commonly on stream terraces and outwash plains, and less commonly
on kame moraines and eskers. Slope ranges from 0 to 30 percent. Well drained. The potential for surface runoff is negligible to
high depending on slope. Saturated hydraulic conductivity is moderately high in the solum and very high in the underlying
material. Permeability is moderate in the solum and very rapid in the underlying material. The soils pose no structural limitations
to the construction other than seasonal moisture content that can be controlled with soil modification treatments (lime or fly ash).
