PROPERTY OWNER CONSENT FORM
The undersigned, Nottingham LLC, being the owner of the real estate more particularly described below,
which is 1.99 acres of the overall 7.54 acre development owned by the undersigned located at 0 N. Michigan
Road in Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana and identified as a portion of Parcel No. 17-13.06.00.00.030.003
(the "Real Estate"), hereby authorizes EQ 106 Michigan, LLC and Faegre Baker Daniels LLP to file all
necessary petitions, applications, and supporting materials for the Real Estate with the City of Carmel,
Hamilton County, Indiana, and/or any other relevant government entity to develop the Real Estate; provided
that any rezoning request maintains the current zoning classification for the Real Estate and only expands
the uses and/or increases the flexibility of the development standards. Furthermore, EQ 106 Michigan,
LLC shall provide the undersigned with duplicate copies of all documents submitted to the City of Carmel
or other government entity pursuant to this consent. The undersign has the right to revoke this consent at
any time upon notice to EQ 106 Michigan, LLC.
Description of Real Property
Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 17 North, Range 3 East of the Second Principal Meridian,
Hamilton County, Indiana, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Quarter Section; thence along the west line of said Quarter Section
North 00 degrees 23 minutes 46 seconds East 1314.40 feet to the northwest corner of a parcel of land described in
Instrument Number 2006072023 in the office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana; thence along the north
line of said land North 85 degrees 28 minutes 08 seconds East 182.79 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
continuing along said north line North 85 degrees 28 minutes 08 seconds East 364.13 to the west line of US 421
(A.K.A. Michigan Road) as described in Instrument Number 2004069558 in said Recorder's office, the next two
courses are along said west line; thence South 20 degrees 31 minutes 42 seconds East 9.90 feet to a point on a non -
tangent curve concave northeasterly having a radius of 17,386.45 feet, the radius point of said curve bears North 20
degrees 31 minutes 42 seconds East from said point; thence Southeasterly along said curve 216.21 feet to a point
that bears South 72 degrees 10 minutes 23 seconds West from the radius point; thence South 71 degrees 20 minutes
07 seconds West 310.82 feet; thence North 45 degrees 05 minutes 28 seconds West 21.42 feet to the point of
curvature of a curve concave northeasterly having a radius of 122.00 feet, the radius point of said curve bears North
44 degrees 54 minutes 32 seconds East from said point; thence Northerly along said curve 90.18 feet to the point of
tangency, which bears South 87 degrees 15 minutes 46 seconds West from the radius point; thence North 02
degrees 44 minutes 14 seconds West 47.98 feet to the point of curvature of a curve bearing convex northwesterly
having a radius of 178.00 feet; thence northwesterly along said curve 171.96 feet to a point that bears North 02
degrees 44 minutes 14 seconds West from the radius point; the radius point of said curve bears North 58 degrees 05
minutes 15 seconds West from said point; to the place of beginning, containing 1.99 acres, more or less.
