We are going through the permitting process now with the City and we need to present them with approval from all of the HOA members (that's you) for two variances from the original 1966 subdivision plat (attached): 1) ITEM 5 in Covenants: Reduce the setback of the side yard from 15 feet to 5 feet to match Carmel R-2 zoning. Reduce the setback of the rear yard from 25 feet to 20 feet to match Carmel R- 2 zoning. R-2 setbacks are shown in red on the marked up image from the City. 2) ITEM 13 in Covenants: Allow for a forward facing garage. I've attached the plot plan and a forward view of the house. Please respond with your approval - name and address, so that we may present this to the City. Mark / Bill /Scott - I have already shared the "no objection" letters from adjoining properties, but it looks like I'll need your approval again here on the garage...Thanks. Thanks everyone and if we get it done in time for Christmas we'll host the party! Jeff
