CONTRACTORS SHALL FURNISH AND INSTALL THE PLUMBING SYSTEMS AS PER THE STATE CODE AND APPLICABLE LOCAL CODES. 3. THE ENGINEER SHALL DECIDE WHICH GOVERNS. GENERALLY, THE MORE RESTRICTIVE, MOR E SPECIFIC, OR STRICTER PROVISION SHALL GOVERN.
