SYSTEMS ARE COMBINED ON ONE PLAN IN ORDER TO PROVIDE COORDINATION. PLUMBING INCLUDES SANITARY, STORM AND DOMESTIC WATER. FIRE PROTECTION INCLUDES UNDERGROUND FIRE LINES SERVING EACH BUILDING LOCATED ON PODIUM. 3.ALL DOMESTIC WATER AND FIRE SERVICES SHALL EXTEND FROM WATER SERVICES ROOM AS INDICATED ON ENLARGED PLAN DRAWING P -502. THESE SERVICES ARE TO BE RUN BELOW GARAGE FLOOR AT A MINIMUM COVER OF 48" TO TOP OF PIPES. DEPTHS/ELEVATIONS CAN CHANGE AS NECESSARY TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH SANITARY OR STORM PIPING. IN ALL CASES WHERE ELEVATION MUST BE CHANGED, DOMESTIC WATER AND FIRE MAINS SHOULD DROP BELOW OBSTRUCTIONS. 4.DOMESTIC WATER AND FIRE PROTECTION EXTENDING FROM WATER SERVICES ROOM IN DRAWING P-502 SHALL EXTEND TO BUILDING STAIRWELLS AND RISE IN STAIR WELLS TO THE ELEVATION OF THE PODIUM DECK UNDER THE GARAGE PROJECT. 5.ALL SANITARY AND STORM PIPING SHALL EXTEND FROM BELOW GARAGE FLOOR AT COLUMNS PER DETAIL 1 ON DRAWING P-501 TO 6" ABOVE PODIUM DECK. PIPING SHALL BE CAPPED FOR FUTURE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION OR SHALL EXTEND TO PODIUM DECK DRAINS PER PLUMBING P-300 SERIES DRAWINGS. ELEVATIONS OF DRAINS IN OR ABOVE PODIUM DECK SHALL BE AS INDICATED ON CIVIL DRAWING C200. 6.FIRE PROTECTION DRY PIPE SYSTEM SHALL ALSO EXTEND FROM WATER SERVICES ROOM AT GARAGE CEILING.
