WHEREAS, the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) is needed to pay for additional landscaping work expenses incurred within the Street Department's General Fund Budget; and WHEREAS, the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund(#201)has excess funds in the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00)to transfer into the General Fund (#101).
