CONDITIONS AND FAMILIARIZE THEMSELVES WITH ALL WORK TO BE DONE AT

VERIFY THE LOCATION AND CONDITION OF ALL EXISTING UNUTIES AND
PROTECT DURING THE COURSE OF THEIR WORK EXISTING UTILITIES BUILDING
MATERIALS AND ANY ASSOAATED ITEMS WHICH PRE DAMAGED BY
CONTRACTOR'S NEGLIGENCE SHALL BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED AT THE
