2 PROVIDE EDGE MOUNTED EQUIPMENT RAILS AND INSTALL OWNER FURNISHED REMOTE
CONDENSING UNIT FOR WALK-IN COOLER, WALK-IN FREEZER OR ICE MACHINE. INSTALL
REFRIGERANT LINE SET, THERMOSTATIC EXPANSION VALVE, SOLENOID VALVE,
TEMPERATURE CONTROL. SIGHT GIASS, FILTER DRIER, PRESSURE CONTROL. CRANKCASE
HEATER, LOW AMBIENT CONTROLS, AND WEATHERPRWF HOUSING, AS APPLICABLE, PER
MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. TRAP AND SLOPE REFRIGERANT LINES PER
MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. PROVIDE PIPE CURB ASSEMBLY FOR EDGE
PENETRATIONS. SEAL PIPING PENETRATIONS THROUGH COOLER1FREFMR ROOF AS
REQUIRED.
3 INSTALL QWNER FURNISHED ROOF MOUNTED EXHAUST FAN AND CURB. REFER TO
SCHEDULE ON SHEET M331 FORADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
4 PROVIDE ROOF MOUNTED EXHAUST FAN AND CURB.
5 INSTALL OWNER NRNISHED ROOF MOUNTED MAKE4JP MR UNIT AND CURB. PROVIDE
FLEXIBLE CONNECTOR ON SUPPLY DUCT CONNECTION. MNNTNN ALL MANUFACTURER'S
RECOMMENDED SERVICE CLEARANCES COORDINATE INSTALLATION WITH OTHER TRADES
TO MNNTAIN MINIMUM 10'-0" CLEARANCE BETWEEN MY EXHAUST OR VENT TERMINATION
AND MAKE-UP NR UNIT INTAKE. REFER TO SCHEDULE ON SHEET M301 FOR ADDTIONAL

6 RELOCATE EXISTING GCCLER CONDENSING UNITS. EXTEND PIPING AMID RECONNECT TO
EXISTING UNITS PROVIDE ROOF MOUNTED EQUIPMENT RAILS. CLEAN AND RBAUR UNITS
AS REQUIRED. FIELD VERIFY EXACT CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BID,
THIS SHEET IS PART OF THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, OTHER SHEETS INCLUDING
SPECIFICATIONS APPLY. THAT SHOWN HERON IS SCHEMATIC IN NATURE AND NOT TO BE
