PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY SENSORS, DAMPER ACTUATORS,
CONTROL TRANSFORMERS WITH SECONDARY OVERLOAD
PROTECTION, WIRING AND CONDUIT TO ACCOIvPLI SH THE
FOLLOWING SEQUENCE OF OPERATION:

THE SEVEN-DAY PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLER SHALL BE SET TO
DETERMINE OCCUPIED AND UNOCCUPIED HOURS OF DEFEAT ON,
HOURS SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH OWNER
OCCUPIED MODE:
THE SUPPLY FAN SHALL RUN CONTINUOUSLY AND THE OUTSIDE
AIR DAMPER SHALL VARY AS SUPPLY AIR FAN VARIES TO DELIVER
THE SCHEDULED QUANTITY OF VENTILATION AIR.
THE SUPPLY FAN SPEED SHALL VARY AIRFLOW AS AFUNCTION OF
LOAD, DURING NON -COMING, 1ST STAGE COOLING, AND NON -
HEATING TIMES, THE SUPPLY FAN SHALL RUN AT MINIMUM SPEED.
DURING ME STAGE COOLING AND HEATING TIMES THE FAN SHALL
RUN AT FULL SPEED.
COOLING:
WHEN THE OUTSIDE AIR TEMPERATURE IS ABOVE GY F AND THE
SPACE TEMPERATURE RISES ABOVE THE OCCUPIED COOLING
SET POINT, THE PACKAGED DIRECT EXPANSION COOLING SHALL
ENERGIZED AND STAGE AS REWIRED TO MAINTAIN SPACE
TEMPERATURE.
ECONOMIZER
WHEN THE OUTDOOR TEMPERATURE IS BELOW W F AND AS
THE SPACE TEMPERATURE RISES ABOVE THE ROOM
TEMPERATURE SENSOR COOLING SET POINT, THE OUTDOOR
ATURETURN AIR DAMPER ACTUATOR SHALL MODULATE THE
OUTDOOR AIRMETURN AIR DAMPERS TO MAINTAIN SPACE
TEMPERATURE, SUBJECT TO A MIXED AIR TEMPERATURE LOW
LIMIT CONTROLLER SET POINT OF W F (ADJUSTABLE).
DEHUMIDIFICATION
WHEN SPACE HUMIDITY READING EXCEEDS 55%RIH
(ADJUSTABLEL REFRIGERATION SYSTEM SHALL OPERATE AND
INMATE HOT GAS REHEAT AS REWIRED TO MAINTAIN SPACE
HUMIDITY.
HEATING:
W HEN THE SPACE TEMPERATURE FALLS BELOW THE OCCUPIED
HEATING SET POINT, THE GAS HEATER SHALL BE ENERGIZED IN
STAGES (WHERE APPLICABLE) TO MAINTAIN SPACE
TEMPERATURE.
UNOCCUPIED MODE:
COMING:
UPON SIGNAL FROM THE UNIT CONTRMLER, THE FAR SHALL BE
DEENERGIZED AND OUTSIDE AIR DAMPER SHALL CLOSE. IF
SPACE TEMPERATURE RISES 2 DEGREES OR MORE ABOVE
UNOCCUPIED SET PUNT, OUTSIDE AIR DAMPER SHALL REMAIN
CLOSED, FAR SHALL BE ACTIVATED AND THE DX COOLING SHALL
STAGE AS REWIRED TO MAINTAIN UNOCCUPIED SPACE
TEMPERATURE IS SATISFIED. WHEN TEMPERATURE FALLS 2
DEGREES BELOW SET POINT, THE FAN SHALL BE DEENERGIZED.
HEATING:
UPON SIGNAL FROM THE UNIT CONTROLLER, THE FAR SHALL BE
DEENERGIZED AND OUTSIDE AIR DAMPER SHALL CLOSE. IF
SPACE TEMPERATURE FALLS 2 DEGREES OR MORE BELOW SET
POINT, THE OUTSIDE AIR DAMPER SHALL REMAIN CLOSED, FAN
SHALL BE ACTIVATED AND GAS HEAT SHALL BE ENERGIZED
UNTIL THE UNOCCUPIED SPACE TEMPERATURE IS SATISFIED.
WHEN TEMPERATURE RISES 2 DEGREES ABOVE SET POINT, THE
GAS SHALL BE DISABLED AND FAN SHALL BE DEENERGIZED.
WINTER MORNING WARM-UP:
UPON SIGNAL FROM THE THERMOSTAT, 1 HOUR PRIOR TO THE
SPACE BEING OCCUPIED, THE OUTSIDE AIR DAMPER SHALL
REMAIN CLOSED ARID THE AIR HANDLING UNITS SHALL OPERATE
IN HEATING MODE TO RAISE, AND THEN MNNTAIN, EACH SPACE
TEMPERATURE AT 69T,
OCCUPIED COMING SET PUNT 72DEGREES
OCCUPIED HEATING SET PUNT: 69 DEGREES
UNOCCUPIED COOLING SET POINT: 85 DEGREES
UNOCCUPIED HEATING SET POINT: 55 DEGREES

UPON ACTVAT UR OF THE HOOD FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM,
RTU4 AND 5, AND MAU-182 SHALL SHUTDOWN AND EF-1, EF2, AND
EF-3 SHALL CONTINUE TO RUN,
EF-S
THE RESTROOM EXHAUST FAR SHALL BE ENERGIZED DURING
OCCUPIED TIMES.
