HVAC ductwork being installed in unconditioned areas to be insulated and sealed per current Building Code Standards. HVAC contractor to start up, test and balance new equipment and ductwork to assure proper operation of new systems. Final plumbing materials selected may have an affect on the final Plumbing Material and Installation Budgets. Owners understand that if additonal plumbing, electrical or ductwork is foun in walls being deleted that is not included on the plans there will be a Change Order during construction to relocate as necessary. Owners understand that during mechanical rough-ins there will be times when the water service will be shut of to areas in the home.
