GENERAL M.E.P NOTES
HVAC Contractor is responsible for engineering
calculation necessary for correct sizing of new
equipment and ducwork being
supplied,fabricated and installed for the project.
HVAC ductwork being installed in unconditioned
areas to be insulated and sealed per current
Building Code Standards.
HVAC contractor to start up, test and balance
new equipment and ductwork to assure proper
operation of new systems.
Final plumbing materials selected may have an
affect on the final Plumbing Material and
Installation Budgets.
Owners understand that if additonal plumbing,
electrical or ductwork is foun in walls being
deleted that is not included on the plans there
will be a Change Order during construction to
relocate as necessary.
Owners understand that during mechanical
rough-ins there will be times when the water
service will be shut of to areas in the home.
Plumbing and Lighting fixtures supplied by
Owner will not be Warrantied by Custom Living
Plumbing and Lighting fixtures supplied by
Owner must be selected and onsite prior to start
of Mechanical Rough-In's
