Based on the information submitted to the Department of Community Services Planning & Zoning Dept., the requested upgrades are minor and only involve the construction of minor additional structures or equipment. The Tower Ordinance within the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) does allow for the replacement or co‐location of antennas without additional public hearings in front of the Board of Zoning Appeals. No public hearing is required at this time. Please note that any additional expansions in the future will require additional review, and may also require a public hearing depending on their scope. This email serves as the approval letter from the Planning/Zoning Dept. Please continue to communicate with the Building & Code Services Dept. to obtain the required permits and inspections.
