Subject:Letter for Diane and Todd
How's this?
To Whom it May Concern:
It has come to our attention that a complaint has been made concerning a commercial vehicle parked and used by one of our
neighbors in Northwood Hills. We wanted to let those in charge of zoning or residential codes know that we have no concerns about
this.
Our neighborhood has several residents who work and park their work vehicles at their home. Many of these vehicles of all sizes
have company names on them.We are not up-to-speed on what codes may exist around this, but we have no HOA in Northwood Hills
which is our preference. So long as vehicles are maintained, legal, and inoffensive,we have no concerns about their presence. We
support the work our neighbors do and the vehicles they require to do it.
We also understand other disputes have come up in the past and will certainly arise in the future involving everything from lawn
maintenance to street parking,to potential property line violations. It is our hope that these issues are resolved with neighbors
working in partnership with the best interest of all parties in mind, and avoiding costly and needless escalation with the City.
Thanks you and feel free to reach out to us directly if we may be of assistance.
