(NFPA 10), State and Local Code Requlrement5, to assure a complete, Safe and workable System. 2. All disconnects shall be labeled For identification. Disconnects shall be Installed as per the motor and/ar equipment morufocturer'5 recommendations. Verify mounting location, at Jab Site. 3. Provide a NEMA 3 outdoor rated disconnect switch and weather - protected, ground -fault protected convenience outlet at each Packaged RooF-Top Unit, Heat Pump or Air Conditioning Compressor location. 4. The electrical system shall be grounded throughout and shall be bonded to the metal pipe cold -water entrance line, building steel and (5) 10 foot copper rod grounding field, at the service entrance. 5. The emergency lighting system shall be a battery pack type, solid stole, permanently wired Into a all with a lock -on breaker. b. The final location of convenience outlets and power requirements shall be verified "Ch the Owner, other trades and mechanical units prior to rough -in. The Electrical Contractor 51holl conFirm all aspects of now Service entry, prior to Bid, include all costs connected with some. Coordinate new service to comply with local utility company standards. The E.G. shall provide Installation and hook-up of new service. 9. All dimensions must be verified In the Field. 10. The Electrical Contractor shall provide empty P.V.G. conduit with pull -wires for the sound system where shown on the plans. Verify location, quantity and sizes with the Owner and/or AudloNlsual Gonsultant. 11. P.V.G. conduit under 51ob may be used if permitted by the State and Local Codes. 12. Sanctuary light Fixtures to be verified with Owner. The Electrical Contractor shall submit fixture types for approval, prior to ordering. The E.G. to furnish and install. 15. Mount all 5w Rches at 48" A.F.F., typical unless otherwise noted. Location and mounting heights shall comply with current ANSI Standard for Accessibility for People with Disabilities. 14. Final location aF Floor outlets for mike jacks and power shall be coordinated with the Owner and/or AudloNisvol Consultant, prior to installation. 15. The Electrical Contractor shall verify the voltage available for the project, either single or three phase. The E.G. shall be responsible for equipment compatibility with voltage available for the project. The E.G. shall coordinate with all other Trades and Contractors. 16. All wiring shall be in metallic conduit or MG cable type, as per NEC, Slate and LoCol requirements. 17. All wire shall be minimum #12 AW6; copper. All 120 V; 20 Amp circuits over 100', in length, shall be #10 AW6, copper. Aluminum or or Coffer -Clad Aluminum Wire Will Not Be Accepted. Aluminum Wire Will Not Be Accept d. 18. The Electrical Contractor to wire all inater heaters, provided by others. lq. The Electrical Contractor to wire all exhayst fans, provided by others. Provide Z Pile switches, where E.F. 15 controlled by light 5witch. 20. The Electrical Contractor shall ground the Spire Air Terminal as per NEC and the Lightning Protection Institute 6uidellna5. 21. The TimeUock to be coordinated and confirmed with the Owner and/or General Contractor. Timeolack shall be 208/240 V; I Phase; 20 Amp.; 1-Day; 24-Hour; Day Excluslon capability; Reserve Power. Timeclock shall be NEMA I enclosure, control by Photocell. 22. Telephone locations to be coordinated and confirmed with the Owner. The Local Telephone Company to Install. 25. The Electrical Contractor shall base bid on 120/240 V; 10 power supply to project. If 1201208) V; 30 power supply 15 available, and and may be brought to project at no additional cost to the Owner; the E.G. shall present option to the owner and/or General Contractor for approval and direction. Upon selection of service type (10/30), the E.G. shall confer with all other Trades and Contractors for coordination of equipment ordering and requirements.
